McIvor Shiraz 2018

Produced from grapes planted in 1972 from an older Barossa clone. Matured
carefully in new and one year old French oak. The palate is a concentrated balance
of dense plum and blackberry, dark chocolate an underlying presence of fresh, juicy
tobacco. 18 months maturation in oak.
