Heart Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Meunier 2016

While traditional in French Champagne, where it adds delicious fruitiness and
roundness, Pinot Meunier is uncommon in Australia. With lifted lively aroma,
through the creamy fine bubbles, initial freshness then lingering yeasty fruit on the
palate. Secondary fermentation in bottle then left on lees for 3 years. This is an
extremely rare Vintage release, Small Batch Sparkling at its finest.
